MUTAHID DFI Due Diligence

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a consulting assignment aimed at assessing the financial and operational viability of MUTAHID DFI. Please see information in the Request for Expression of Interest (REoI) and Terms of Reference (ToR).

• Provide a critical analysis and interpretation of the assignment objectives, as outlined in the ToR, is explicitly encouraged.

We encourage applicants to provide a critical analysis and interpretation of the assignment objectives as outlined in the ToR. The Service Provider may also request clarification on any part of the ToR.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s qualifications-based selection (CQS) method set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Following the submission deadline, ACGF will evaluate all applications and contact the most qualified consultant to request a detailed technical and final proposal. If the proposal is successful, the consultant will be awarded the contract for the project. If not, ACGF will reach out to the next most qualified consultant and request a proposal (including technical and financial proposals). This process will continue until the contract is awarded.

Please note that the selection of a consultant is at the sole discretion of ACGF. We reserve the right to cancel this activity or the procurement process if deemed appropriate.
